Abstract: | A texture analysis approach of using an improved texture feature coding method (TFCM) and the Support Vector Machines (SVM) for target detection is presented in this paper. Preliminary test on mammogram showed over 88% of normal mammograms and 85% of abnormal mammograms were correctly identified. Automatic target detection with a Cascade-Sliding-Window (CSW) technique is also discussed. | ||
